Unisex Lavatories To Prevent Bullying Secondary schools should install unisex lavatory blocks for pupils located near staff-rooms or offices to counter bullying, the Government says.
Communal showering might also help!

Removing urinals is the first step.
The second step is to mandate that boys sit whilst urinating, to avoid wet seats and bad smells.
They pulled this crap (pun intended) in Scandinavian Countries.
Standing up to urinate is demonstrating dominance, and is oppressive to women!
You are quite right pjanus. Standing up to pee is an insult to all women. And it also makes them feel 'vulnerable' - which is, of course, an act of heinous abuse.
