Women Civil Servants To Reveal Menstrual Cycle Women civil servants in India have expressed shock at new appraisal rules which require them to reveal details of their menstrual cycles.

And quite right too.

Indeed, all women should be made to carry at all times on their person detailed information and charts concerning the status of their menstrual swings. This would enable others to determine whether they were dealing with a reasonably rational human being or a raging hormonal psychopath who is best avoided.

And women who do important jobs - judges, doctors, pilots etc - should be given leave, without pay, during the 'emotional' parts of their cycle in order to protect the public from such things as injustice, illness and death!
